Q: How long does it take to receive my custom order?
A: Because each piece is handmade with love, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. During peak football season, processing may extend to 3–4 weeks, so order early for big games!
Q: Do you offer rush orders?
A: Yes, rush orders are accepted based on availability. A rush fee will apply. DM or email us before placing your order to confirm availability for rush service.
Q: How is shipping handled?
A: All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Q: Can I customize my design?
A: 100%! That’s what we’re known for. Each order form includes space to note your vision — from team colors and jersey numbers to names, measurements, and vibe (think glam, sporty, or bold baddie). You can even upload reference pics!
Q: Do you offer rhinestone or blinged-out designs?
A: Yes! we love sparkle! Rhinestones, glitter vinyl, and other bling details are available upon request for an additional fee. Be sure to mention it in your custom order notes or check the box during checkout.
Q: Can I return or exchange my item?
A: Because all items are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please triple-check your sizing and order details before submitting!
Q: How do I know if my order was accepted?
A: Once you submit your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Within 24–72 hours, we’ll reach out to accept, clarify, or deny your order depending on current capacity. Payment is only processed once your order is accepted.
Q: Can I ship my own jersey or items for customization?
A: Absolutely! It 9/10 will save on time and is always welcome. Please just communicate that in your order request so I can adjust the price accordingly.

Hi, I’m Carrington Gray — an engineer by trade, but a game day glam queen at heart! I am from Louisiana but now living in Dallas.
By day, I work in the world of engineering, but my real passion lives on the sidelines. As the girlfriend of a professional football player, I started creating custom game day outfits just for fun pieces that made me feel confident, cute, and team-ready. What started as a few DIY looks quickly turned into a full-on obsession (and now a business!) as other women started asking, “Where did you get that?!”
That’s how Sideline Babes was born out of love, style, and a whole lot of team spirit. I believe game day should feel like your runway, and I’m here to help you turn heads from the tailgate to the touchdown.
